Caverion acquired the stock of Pelsu Pelastussuunnitelma Oy. The sellers were the company’s main owners Fast Monkeys Oy, Sontek Ventures Oy, Eetu Kirsi, Okko Kouvalainen as well as several private owners. Pelsu Pelastussuunnitelma, the Finnish market leader in its sector, specializes in consultancy services regarding property safety as well as digital property maintenance services. The parties have agreed not to disclose the acquisition price.
