Cygate, known for its expertise in cyber safety and network solutions, is a subsidiary of Telia Company. With the help of the acquisition of Bemecon, Cygate can better meet the growing demand for network services. The purchase agreement included moving the Bemecon employees to Cygate. The acquisition price was not disclosed.
